Learning outcomes: By the end of form 2, the students should be able to:

1.0 The skill of listening

1.2 Listen to and repeat accurately the correct pronunciation of words and the correct intonation and words stress in phrases, expressions and sentences.

1.4 Listen to and follow simple instruction and direction accurately.

2.0 The skill of speaking

2.1 Speak clearly by pronouncing words accurately

2.2 Ask questions politely to obtain information and clarification

2.3 Give relevant information politely in response to enquiries made

4.0 The skill of writing

4.6 Spell correctly and take dictation

4.8 Give accurate information about prepositions

Learning objectives: By the end of the lesson the students should be able to:

1. Follow simple instruction and directions on prepositions

2. Ask and answer simple question about prepositions

TASK 1

  1. Teacher play the interactive CD to the whole class
  2. Throughout the lesson, teacher explain to the students about prepositions.
  3. Students then do the exercise in the interactive CD
  4. Students discuss the answer with the teacher.

TASK 2

1. Teacher ask student to watch a video about preposition in the interactive CD.

2. Student needs to list all the preposition that they could find in the video.

3. Student then need to create a sentence on all the preposition that they had listed.
